I I I I '1 I I I I I I I I I I I I Preliminary Draft 8/14/84 CITY OF RAHSEY ANOKA COUNTY DEVELOPHENT CONTRACT - RI¥~'S BEND PI. AT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the date specified in paragraph 20d herein, by and between the City of Ramsey, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter called the "City"), and the owners and the subdividers indentified in paragraph 20 herein (hereinafter called the "Developers"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Developers are'the owners of the following described property situated in the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota and legally described as follows: See attached Exhibit "A". WHEREAS, the City has approved the plat, designated as RIVER'S BEND, and WHEREAS, the Developers have submitted a petition to the City requesting the construction of improvements on the above described property, as follows: Sanitary sewer, storm drainage facilities, watermains and appurtenances, streets with concrete curb and gutter, street signs and traffic signs. WHEREAS, the Developers have requested the above described improvements to be constructed in one phase, and WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and accepted a feasibility report of Hakanson Anderson Associates Inc., City Engineers and has ordered the preparation of final plans and specifications for the requested improvements affecting the plat, and WHEREAS, the City will advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements affecting the plat and will award a contract for the construction of said improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, and WHEREAS, pursuant to an Agreement dated between the City and
