I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />170.016F Performance Standards · <br /> <br />3) Noise <br />5) Odors <br />6) Air Pollution <br />8) Erosion <br />9) Water Pollution <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called for a roll call vote. <br /> <br />Commzssioner LaDue - Naye <br />Commzssioner Hendriksen - Aye <br />Commissioner Johnson - Aye <br />Commzssioner Deemer - Aye <br />Commzssioner Zimmern~n - Aye <br />Commissioner Kennen - Aye <br />Chairman Peterson - Abstain <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. LeFevere inquired if the Commission's earlier requests for <br />additional information remain in effect. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is to still require additional information <br />regarding property values and noise and those experts should <br />be available for testimony at P&Z next meeting scheduled for <br />August 7, 1984. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson reiterated that the public has until July 24, <br />1984 at 5:00 p.m. to submit written input. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the only action Council will be taking <br />on this subject is to act on P&Z's recommendation for additional <br />information and facts. <br /> <br />Mr. Moersfelder stated that to the extent that there are additional <br />pieces of information brought in, he assumes Waste Management <br />can look at that data and conduct some questions at the time it <br />is submitted. <br /> <br />Mr. LeFevere stated that Waste Management would have access to <br />any written material; nobody will be held to cross examination. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that the P&Z Commission will allow <br />Waste Management to respond to additional information. <br /> <br />Mr. Moersfelder stated that Waste Management wants the opportunity <br />to discuss reports and testimony at the time they are presented <br />to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that Mr. Moersfelder's request is fair. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that there will be Citizen Input as <br />a normal part of P&Z's agenda on August 7, 1984; if the public <br /> <br />P & Z/July 3, 1984 <br />Page 18 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
