I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoptionl <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RENNER'S ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sketch plan <br />Addition ors July 3, 1984~ and <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />was granted to Renner's <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission on Renner's Addition on September 4, 1984 <br />and no input was received opposing Renner's Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer, in his letter dated August <br />30, 1984, submitted his findings in regards to granting <br />preliminary and final plat approval and required variances that <br />will be required to meet City Code requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Sept er~ber 4, 1984 <br />followir~g variances: <br /> <br />preliminary plat approval was granted on <br />to Renner's Addition and also granted were the <br /> <br /> a) Variance to the one <br />the case of Lot #1. <br /> <br />(1) acre minimum area in <br /> <br /> b) <br />Lot 2. <br /> <br />Variance to the 200 foot width requirement on <br /> <br /> c) Variance to access points on County Roads #57 <br />and #116 and also a variance for access onto major <br />highways will be required for Lots 2 and 3 providing <br />County approves access points. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the <br />granting access onto major <br />regarding Lots 2 and 3; and <br /> <br />County Engineer has <br /> highways (County Road <br /> <br />approved of <br />#5? and #116) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />been submitted to <br />final plat approval. <br /> <br />preliminary plat <br />the Ramsey City <br /> <br />for Renner's Addition has <br />Council for preliminary and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Final plat approval and the above stated variances <br />as approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission are hereby <br />granted providing the following is accomplished: <br /> <br /> a) Receipt of a statement from the City Attorney <br />making determination of marketable land. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilme~ber and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
