Ramsey City ~il~,~ Jim Stewart of~~~ Development ity School Operation The intent of this memo is to outline a plan to review the Ramsey Community School operation. The information outlined in this memo is based on an informal meeting on Monday, August 27, with Tom Gamec, Gary Reimann, Mare Hadley, Lloyd Schnelie, and Jim Stewart in which the future directions of the Ramsey Community School operation was discussed. PROPOSAL: It is our recommendation that a task force be appointed to develop a three- year plan regarding the direction of the Ramsey Commtinity School operation. In the interim, an acting director be appointed to maintain the program during the transition period. FORMAT: Make up of the task force could consist of: Paul Reifenberger Teachers from Ramsey School Community School Coordinator Jim Stewart, ex officio Representative of the Park Board Representative ' from the Ramsey Athletic Association Representative from the City Council Two representatives from the Advisory Council CHARGE: To submit recommendations that would address the future direction of the Ramsey Community School operation with regard to: 1.
