I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C~NCIL OF THE CITY RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as followll 1) The Council hereby establishes a community school task group to develop a three year plan to address future direction of the Ramsey Community School operation. 2) The following persons are hereby appointed from the various City commissions, school and organizations: / b) e) h) i) / representing Ramsey Elementary School teachers from Ramsey Elementary School Community School Coordinator Jim Stewart School District Office - ISD #10 ex offici~ ~~epresentative from Park Board representative from RYAA ~~~ representative from City Council two representatives from Advisory Council *~~ ~ representative from senior citizen ~lub representative league hockey from Ramsey house 2) It is requested that this task group develop a three (3) year plan regarding the direction of the Ramsey Community School operation Mith regards to the above listed areas of concern. 3) It is directed that this task group report back to the City Council by December 11, 1984. If further time should be needed, an extension would be requested from the Council. 4) It is further directed that the following be accomplished: a) Minutes be kept of all meetings. b) Meeting dates be established so the public may attend. c) Council be furnished copies of each of the meeting minutes.
