I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84- RESOLUTION APPROVING/DISAPPROVING/AMENDING AMENDMENT #84-6 1984 CITY BUDGET WHEREAS, the 1984 City Budget for Park Fund 215, Activity 2150, Line Item 1510 provided $2,500 for a grass seeder; and WHEREAS, price quotes were received in August 1984. Low price quote received for grass seeder was $3,895.00; and WHEREAS, City Charter Chapter 7, Section ?.08 requires Council to adopt resolution when amending said budget; and WHEREAS, it is hereby requested that the City Council amend the Park Fund Budget as follows: "Increase Park Fund Account 215-2150-1510 from $3,200 (as established by Budget Amendment #1) to $4,600 to allow for the purchase of grass seeder~" NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is hereby approved that the 1984 City Budget be amended, as per Budget Amendment #6, as follows: "Increase Park Fund Account 215-2150-1510 from $3,200 (as established by Budget Amendment #1) to $4,600 to allow for the purchase of grass seeder~" 2) It is directed that a certified copy of resolution be made part of the original 1984 City Budget. this 3) It Department and this resolution. is further directed that the City Accounting Public Works Superintendent be furnished copies of The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
