I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING/DISAPPROVING/AMENDING <br />AMENDMENT #84-6 <br /> <br />1984 CITY BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1984 City Budget for Park Fund 215, <br />Activity 2150, Line Item 1510 provided $2,500 for a grass <br />seeder; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, price quotes were received in August 1984. <br />Low price quote received for grass seeder was $3,895.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Charter Chapter 7, Section ?.08 requires <br />Council to adopt resolution when amending said budget; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is hereby requested that the City Council <br />amend the Park Fund Budget as follows: <br /> <br />"Increase Park Fund Account 215-2150-1510 from <br />$3,200 (as established by Budget Amendment #1) to <br />$4,600 to allow for the purchase of grass seeder~" <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby approved that the 1984 City Budget be <br />amended, as per Budget Amendment #6, as follows: <br /> <br />"Increase Park Fund Account 215-2150-1510 from <br />$3,200 (as established by Budget Amendment #1) to <br />$4,600 to allow for the purchase of grass seeder~" <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that a certified copy of <br />resolution be made part of the original 1984 City Budget. <br /> <br />this <br /> <br /> 3) It <br />Department and <br />this resolution. <br /> <br /> is further directed that the City Accounting <br />Public Works Superintendent be furnished copies of <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
