NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #84-15 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM,I¥ MAY CONCERN; Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at ?~00 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets. The following is the area proposed to be assessed: 1) 169th Avenue N.W. between State, Highway No. 47 and Neon Street N.W. 1?Otb Lane N.W. between Neon Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. 4) 173rd Avenue N.W. beginning at 8ermanium Street N.W.' and extending east to its end at the cul-de- sac. ~ Neon Street N.W. between 169th Avenue N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. 5) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of Brookview Estates and 1?Otb Lane N.W. I I I 6) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at 170th Lane N.W. and extending north to its end at the cul-de-sac. The proposed assessment is~on file for public inspection at ,my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, 'but the Council may consider any objections to the amount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. i I I I An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however~ no appeal may be taken as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owne~ is filed with the city clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
