NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> #84-2 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />¸mo <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council <br />will meet at ?:10 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed assessment for the <br />tarvia surfacing improvement of ~the following streets. The <br />following is the area proposed to be assessed. <br /> <br />1) Ebony Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and <br />166th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />~) Dolomite Street N.W. between 165t~ Lane N.W. <br />and 16?th Avenu~ N.W. <br /> <br />5) Coquina Street N.W. between Coquina Street <br />N.W. and the south plat boundary of Rolling Green <br />Addition. <br /> <br />4) 165th Lane N~W. between Coquina Street N.W. <br />and Ebony Street N.W. <br /> <br />5) 165th Lane N.W. between C.S.A.H. #5 (Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W.) and Ebony Street N.W. <br /> <br />6) 166th Lane N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. <br />and Ebony Street N.W. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file for public <br />inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be <br />considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any <br />objections to the amount of the proposed individual assessment at <br />any adjourned meeting upon further notice to the affected <br />property owners as it deems advisable. <br /> <br />with the city clerk prior to the assessment hea~ing or <br />to the presiding officer at the hearing. ' <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice <br />of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be <br />taken as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a <br />written objection signed by the affected proper~y owner is filed <br />presented <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
