NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #84-2 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: ¸mo Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at ?:10 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed assessment for the tarvia surfacing improvement of ~the following streets. The following is the area proposed to be assessed. 1) Ebony Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. ~) Dolomite Street N.W. between 165t~ Lane N.W. and 16?th Avenu~ N.W. 5) Coquina Street N.W. between Coquina Street N.W. and the south plat boundary of Rolling Green Addition. 4) 165th Lane N~W. between Coquina Street N.W. and Ebony Street N.W. 5) 165th Lane N.W. between C.S.A.H. #5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) and Ebony Street N.W. 6) 166th Lane N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Ebony Street N.W. The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objections to the amount of the proposed individual assessment at any adjourned meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. with the city clerk prior to the assessment hea~ing or to the presiding officer at the hearing. ' An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected proper~y owner is filed presented Lloyd G.
