Raatikka <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Improvement Project 83-17 Phase II <br />Irrigation Well - Central Park <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Raatikka: <br /> <br />We are requesting an extension of time for the completion date on <br />this conSract because of delays which were out of our control. <br /> <br />On May 18, 1984 I instructed our electrical contractor to review <br />the plans and to go ahead and order all the necessary electrical <br />supplies. He did this by June 1. He was told that the large <br />electrical panel would have to be fabricated and would take 10 <br />days to 2 weeks, which would have allowed us a minimum of 4 days <br />to complete the project. We finally received the panel of July 19, <br />1984. In the interim we had test pumped the well, poured the slab, <br />Completed the plumbing and got the power transformer installed. <br /> <br />On July 20, 1984 we notified Anoka Electric that the electrical <br />hookup was complete and we were ready for them to energize the <br />system. They did this on August 2, 1984. We test ran the system <br />and had a final inspection on August 3, 1984. <br /> <br />My summary of the job is as follows: <br />June 1, 1984 - Well was completed.
