Counci~r moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESC~3TION %84- RESOLUTION APPRO~I~ ~ PAY POR (Project %83-17 Central Park) STAR DRILLING, INC. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey the foll~ing resolution approving the followirg project City of Ramsey: adopted in the l~esolution %84-~7 adopted February 28, 1984 for well and irrigation system installation in Central Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution %84-59 awarding the bid to North Star Drilling, Inc. for the construction of Proposal I, and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his September /~ , 1984, for North Star Drilling, amount of $ . of Hakanson letter dated Inc. in the NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~I~E CITY OOUNCIL GF ~lqE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNT~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foll(~s: 1) ~hat the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to North Star Drilling, Inc. as per the City Engineer's letter dated September , 1984 for Proporal I in the amount of $ . 2) ~hat the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the form for this partial payment. hereby release 3) ~at the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution %84- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on September 25, 1985 approving payment of the bills for the month of September. 4) ~at the City of Ramsey provided a signed copy of this resolution.
