Councilmembe r moved for its adopti~: introduced the following resolution and RES(X~TION #84- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY (Project ~83-17 Central Park) FOR FIRST IMPRESSIONS OONTRACTING WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of R~mse~ the following resolution approving the following project City of R~msey: adopted in the Resolution #84-~7 adopted February 28, 1984 for well and irrigation system installation in Central Park; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution %84-59 awarding the bid to First Impressions Contracting for the construction of Proposal II, and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment in his letter dated September 7, 1984, for First Impressions Contracting in the amount of $4,738.85. NC~ ~/4EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~t{E CITY CC~3NCIL CF ~RE CITY CF RAMSEY, ANOKACGUNTY, STATE CF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~hat the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes final payment to First Impressions Contracting the City Engineer's letter dated September 7, 1984 for II in the amount of $4,738.85. hereby as per Proposal 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the form for this final payment. hereby release 3) ~hat the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution ~84- adopted by the Rams~ City Council on September 25, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of September. 4) That the City of Ramsey provided a signed cow of this resolution.
