Alice Meeks <br />8300 - 158th Lane NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Failed On-site Septic Syster~ <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Meeks: <br /> <br />On March 29, 1984, advised letter, of which is <br /> we <br /> you <br /> by <br /> a <br /> attached, <br />of certain requirements that you would have to meet to comply with the <br />City Ordinance as it relates to the failure of your on-site septic system. To <br />date, you have not provided us with the proof of pumping required and there <br />does not appear to be a~y physical evidence that you did have the system <br />pumped. <br /> <br />Therefore, you are hereby notified that we will be taking all legal action <br />at our disposal to abate this source of contamination if you have not done <br />so on your own accord prior to Wednesday, April 18, 1984.
