VERNON BRAND TO SUBDIVIDE A 2-1/2 ACRE PARCEL OF <br />LAND FROM A L:~ ACRE PARCEL OF LAND: <br /> <br />The Brand's want to give their son a 2-1/2 acre parcel of land <br />from their 20 acre parcel which is located in the Rural Service <br />Area. Our City Code and Comprehensive Plan require all <br />subdivisions of land be 10 acres in the Rural Service Area. <br />Consequently, a variance will have to be granted to allow for <br />this subdivision of property. Mr. Brand is aware of this fact. <br />All he wants at this time from the Council is your feelings <br />before he takes it to the Planning and Zoning Commission. He <br />doesn't want to spend his money if you are opposed to his <br /> <br /> <br />
