I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> #84-6 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will <br />meet at 7:00 P.M. on September ~5, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center to pass upon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating <br />improvement of the following streets. The following is the area <br />proposed to be assessed: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />151st Lane N.W. between Chameleon Street N.W. <br />and Alpaca Street N.W. <br /> <br />152nd Lane N.W.'between the line of County Road <br />#83 (Armstrong Blvd.' N.W.) to the eamt plat <br />boundary of Greenland Hills Plat #2. <br /> <br />Chameleon Street N.W. between 151st Lane N.W. <br />and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Alpaca Street N.W. from 151st Lane north to its <br />end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />165th Lane N.W. between Germanium Street N.W. and <br />east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file foe public inspection at <br />my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the <br />meeting, but the Council may consider any objections to the <br />a~ount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned <br />meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as <br />it deems advisable. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the <br />appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be taken <br />as to the a~ount of an individual assessment unless a written <br />objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the <br />city clerk prior to the assessment hearing op presented to the <br />presiding officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
