NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #84-6 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7:00 P.M. on September ~5, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets. The following is the area proposed to be assessed: 1) 151st Lane N.W. between Chameleon Street N.W. and Alpaca Street N.W. 152nd Lane N.W.'between the line of County Road #83 (Armstrong Blvd.' N.W.) to the eamt plat boundary of Greenland Hills Plat #2. Chameleon Street N.W. between 151st Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. 4) Alpaca Street N.W. from 151st Lane north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 165th Lane N.W. between Germanium Street N.W. and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. The proposed assessment is on file foe public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objections to the a~ount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. I I i An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be taken as to the a~ount of an individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the city clerk prior to the assessment hearing op presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
