CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at ?100 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets. The following is the area proposed to be assessedl 162nd Avenue N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. 1) 164th Lane N.W.' between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. I I I 166th Lane N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. 4) Azurite Street N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. (County Road No. 5 and 164th Lane N.W. 5) Zirconium Street N.W.' between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. 6) Yttrium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 1BTth Avenue N.W. 164th Lane N.W. between Yttrium Street N.W. east to its end at the plat boundary of Menkveld~s Unplatted. i I The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objections to the amount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. I I I An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the city clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
