I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counc i i member ptved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84- RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT (Menkveld's Unplatted #84-7) WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 162nd Avenue N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. 2> 164th Lane N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttriu~ Street N.W. 3) 166th Lane N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. arid Yttrium Street N.W. 4) Azurite Street N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. (County Road #5> and 164th Lane N.W. 5) Zirconium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. arid 166th Lane N.W. 6) Yttrittm Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W. 7) 164th Lane N.W. between Yttrium Street N.W. east to its end at the plat boundary of Menkveld's Unplatted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1985 and shall bear interest at the rate of 11.0 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the er~tire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1985. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
