'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUDLIC HEflRZN~ <br /> #84-8 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM ZT MAY CONCERN; <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will <br />meet at 7:00 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center to pass upon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating <br />improvement of the following streets. The following is the area <br />proposed to be assessed= <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />164th Lane N.W. between Uranium Street N.W. <br />and the west plat boundary of Menkveld's <br />Country Park. <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />1S3rd Lane N.W. between 1S4th Lane N.W. and <br />the east plat boundary of Menkveld's Country <br />Park. <br /> <br />Wolfram Street N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. <br />and the south plat boundary of Menkveld's <br />Park. <br /> <br />Uranium Street N.W. between the south plat <br />boundary of Menkveld's Country Park and the <br />north plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at <br />my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the <br />meeting, but the Council may consider any objections to the <br />amount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned <br />meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as <br />it deems advisable. <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the <br />appeal upon the mayor or clerk, however, no appeal may be taken <br />as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a written <br />objection signed by, the affected property owner is filed with the <br />city clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the <br />presiding officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />DATED; August '14, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd 8.
