NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINS <br /> #B~-9 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will <br />meet at 7:00 P.M. on September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center to pass ~pon the proposed aessessment for the sealcoating <br />improvement of the following streets. The following is the area <br />proposed to be assessed: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Yakima Street N.W. between the south plat <br />boundary of Reilley Estates Third Addition <br />and Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. <br /> <br />Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. between the south <br />plat boundary of Reilley Estates Second Addition <br />northwest to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />157th Lane N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. <br />east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at <br />my office. Written or opal objections will be considered at the <br />meeting~ but the Council may consider any objections to the <br />amount of the proposed individual assessment at an adjourned <br />meeting upon further notice to the affected property owners as <br />it deems advisable. <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the <br />appeal upon .the mayor or clerk, howevers no appeal may be taken <br />as to the amount of an individual assessment unless a written <br />objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the <br />city clerk prior to the assessment hearing op presented to the <br />presiding officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />DATEDi <br /> <br />August 14, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd 8.
