Counc ~ lmembe r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk recommended to <br />the Personnel Committee the following personnel position changes: <br /> <br />Clayton Berg Building Official Dir. Technical <br /> Services <br /> <br />Penny Curtis <br /> <br />Clerical II <br /> <br />Clerical III <br /> <br />a) Mr. Berg has performed the duties in the above new <br />position for the past several years and has done an <br />outstanding job. <br /> <br />b) Penny Curtis is very qualified for the above <br />position and is performing the duties of the above new <br />position. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council Personnel COmmittee has reviewed <br />the above said position and have recommended approval of the <br />above position changes. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby promotes the below <br />listed City Personnel to the position indicated: <br /> <br />Clayton Berg Building Official Dir. Technical <br /> Services <br /> <br />Penny Curtis <br /> <br />Clerical II <br /> <br />Clerical III <br /> <br />The effective date of the position change will be January 1, <br />1985. Further, the salary will be established in Council <br />Resolution #84- which will site the salaries for 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) That copies of this resolution shall be furnished <br />as indicated below: <br /> <br />a) One copy to Penny Curtis for personal records. <br /> <br />b) One copy to Clayton Berg for personal records. <br /> <br />c) One copy to the City Accounting Department for <br /> their records. <br /> <br /> <br />
