The workload has been
extremely heavy with the various projects, etc., so I've used Lester extensively
for inspections. ~he oolder weather should ease that situation considerably.

Mickelson Plumbing was the low bidder on the Alice Meeks' sewer repair and t_~at
construction ha~ been completed. As with any on-site septic syst~, repair, there
was a considerable amount of damage to several areas of the yard. I have diE-
cussed this with Merle, and he has indicated that he will grade and seed the
areas in question when conditions permit in 1985. It should be noted that other
than general grading, restoration is normally not included in the bid for repair
of an on-site septic syst~:.

We have met with Mr. Albin P~terson regardin9 the right-of-way acquisition for
149t3~ Avenue N~' M.S.A.S. and tentatively agreed on several items of concern for
Mr. Peterson. ~bese will be brought to the City Oouncil prior to the construc-
tion of the street or related storm drainage for adoption as a resolution.

CRB:pjc
