I i I i I I I I i I I I I i I I Counci lmember moved for ~ts adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~84- RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN RAMSEY ~ERRACE (Project ~84-16) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July 24, 1984, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following streets: a) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and Industry Avenue N.W. (County Road ~116) b) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. c) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. f) Junkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace, and WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 11, 1984, and WHEREAS, the improvement is to consist of street paving and ditch cleaning prior to paving, WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the benefited property owners to be as follows: Francis C. & T. L. Moulzolf 14260 Junkite Street N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303
