I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I Councilmember moved for its ac]option: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~84- RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (Ramsey Terrace t84-16) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July 24, 1984, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following streets: a) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and Industry Avenue N.W. (County Road ~116) b) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. c) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. f) Junkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace, and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 11, 1984 indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project $95,750.00 Estsimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner oost) 2,226.74 Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (10 year term) 362.29 WHEREAS, the proposed improvement is to consist of street paving and ditch cleaning prior to paving, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of the following streets:
