'! <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councj lmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A REPORT ON DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that a surface water <br />drainage problem exists in the area north of 150th Lane and wet <br />of County Road ~56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to alleviate the problem and <br />improve the drainage in the area and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter <br />R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Ramsey City Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of December, 1984. <br /> <br />AS'lEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
