I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Counc~ lm~nbe <br />ac]option: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 149th Avenue NW east of T.H. 47 is designated as an M.S.A. <br />route; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is proposing to extend and oonstruct 149th <br />Avenue MN to Waco Street MN from T.H. 47; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said oonstruction is necessary to provide ingress/egress to <br />the plat of River's Bend; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, to extend said 149th Avenue NW it is necessary to acquire <br />adequate right-of-way and oonstruction easements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Albin Peterson is the sole owner of all properties that <br />said 149th Avenue NW will cross; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Albin Peterson has asked for certain considerations in <br />return for granting right-of-way and construction easement. <br /> <br />NC~ ~I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY OOUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, S~I~TE OF MINNESC~/~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) ~hat the City of Ramsey agrees to the following provisions in con- <br />sideration of the acquisition of right-of-way and construction easements from <br />Mr. Albin Peterson: <br /> <br />a) $10,000 for right-of-way slope easements and any vegetation <br /> on the property; and <br /> <br />b) Access to Waco Street MN for each residential lot when Waco <br /> Street MN is constructed as an M.S.A. street; and <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />~he City of Ramsey will size the storm drain at 149th Avenue <br />NW to provide drainage to Mr. Peterson's property south of <br />149th Avenue MN contingent upon Mr. Peterson's payment of the <br />additional cost for the additional pipe size. Furthermore, <br />Mr. Peterson's payment of this shall be credited to his pro- <br />petty as a portion of the trunk storm drain assessment at the <br />time such property develops. <br /> <br />2) ~hat a oouf of this resolution be forwraded to Mr. Albin Peterson. <br /> <br />5he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
