I I I I Mayor and City Councilmembers City Staff Board of Adjustment (D4-a) Information regarding Mr. Terry Hendriksen's variance request I I I I i I I I I I I I G~SE ~1: REOUEST FOR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT TWO ACCESSORY BUILDINGS LARGER ~qAN ALLG~ED BY CITY ORDINANCE: CASE OF MR, TERRY Mr. Hendriksen is requesting a variance to construct a loafing shed of approximately 286 square feet and a machinery shed of approximately 1,152 square feet. Mr. Hendriksen has an existing accessory structure of approximately 2,400 square feet and an existing single car garage of 200 square feet on his property. ~he City Ordinance allows a total maximt~n area of 1,200 square feet for all accessory buildings on par- cels of land greater than 2 1/2 acres. ~lqe following items are contained in enclosure (D4-a) for your consi- deration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Site location map e) Proposed structure location map f) Proposed findings of fact g) Proposed develot~nent agrec~nent h) Letter of notification to applicant Cougcil Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact as well as to approve/disapprove of the re- quest. ~he following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by '~'~ and seconded by 'kl ~'i''') · to adopt Findings of Fa6t 0095 for the Board of Adjustment variance for Mr. Terry Hendriksen to construct two detached accessory struc- tures totalling 1,438 square feet.
