I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF FJBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANCKA C(N3NTY <br />S~I~TE OF MINNESOgA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY OONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, <br />1984 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> ~he purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Terry <br />Hendriksen's request to build accessory structures larger than <br />allowed in the Ramsey Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> ~he property is legally described as that part of the North <br />~hree-Fourths of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter, Section 22, Township 32, North, Range 25, <br />West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Cor~m~ncing <br />at a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter, distant 165 feet South of the Northwest corner <br />thereof; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet; <br />thence South at right angles a distance of 165 feet; thence East <br />parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the <br />East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />thence South along said East line a distance of 165 feet, more or <br />less to the South line of the North ~ree-Fourths of the North <br />Half of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence <br />West along said South line to a point on the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, distant 496.38, and <br />is generally known as 15631 Ramsey Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
