I I I I '1 I I I I I I I BETWEEN ~]qE CITY OF RAMSEY AND TERRY HENDRIKSEN This agreement between Mr. Terry Hendriksen, hereinafter referred to as "Appli- cant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this day of , 1984. INTENT AND i~3RPOSE To assure that the oonditions of approval established by the City are understood between the Applicant and City and that the Applicant complies fully with the conditions and time frames as established by this agreement and plans and speci- fications as submitted by the Applicant to oonstruct two accessory structures, one 286 square foot loafing shed and one 1,152 square foot machine and equipment shed. ~he property is legally described as that part of the North Three-Fourths of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 22, Town- ship 32, North, Range 25, West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Cor~encing at a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the North- west Quarter, a distance 165 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quar- ter, a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at right angles a distance of 165 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South along said East line a distance of 165 feet, more or less to the South line of the North Three- Fourths of the North Half of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West along said South line to a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, distant 496.38 feet, and is generally known as 15631 Ramsey Blvd. N~, Ramsey, Minnesota. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) ~hat the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. 2) ~hat the Applicant's completion of the construction shall be com- patible with the present structure. 3) ~hat the Applicant shall use his structures for the storage of personal property only, that there will be no outside storage of said personal property, and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type be permitted in said structures.
