December 11, 1984 <br /> <br />TO: Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />FROM: City Staff <br /> <br />Terry Hendriksen's Board of Adjustment Request <br /> <br />Mr. John Boros, 7130 156th Avenue NW, called on December 11, 1984 to <br />make the following comments in regards to Mr. Terry Hendriksen's re- <br />quest to construct two accessory structures exceeding the area allowed <br />by the City Code. Mr. Boros' c~mments are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That he appreciates being notified by Mr. Hendriksen of <br /> the variance request; <br /> <br />2. That Mr. Hendriksen already has two accessory structures <br /> in his yard; and <br /> <br />That Mr. Hendriksen may use these accessory structures <br />for personal use only, but when the property changes <br />ownership, what guarantee is there that these buildings <br />will not be used for commercial purposes? <br /> <br /> <br />
