Item A: Adoption of Ordinance {84-18: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-~ contains proposed Ordinance ~84-18 which was intro- <br />duced on December 11, 1984 and has been posted on the City bulletin <br />board as per City Charter requirements. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the <br />reading of the proposed ordinance.
