DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> Development Agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (City), and Rum River Hills Associates, a partnership <br /> <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (Developer). <br /> WITNESSE~: <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Developer is the owner of certain real property <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br />Ramsey, and, <br /> <br /> W~HEREAS, Developer is also the agent for all of the owners <br />of certain real property which are proposed to be included in the <br />plat of Rum River Hills, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, Developer desires to effect the recording of said <br />plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and <br />approval thereof by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> NOW ~/~EREFORE, in consideration of the mutual convenants and <br />promises herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. ~he ~Project ~he parties acknowledge that the plat of <br />Rum River Hills is a part of an overall planned unit development <br />submitted pursuant to the City Code of the City of Ramsey, and <br />specifically submitted pursuant to the planned unit development <br />of said Code, and is the subject of a previous written planned <br />unit development plan on file and of record with the City of <br />Ramsey, for which concept approval has been previously given by <br /> <br /> <br />
