A <br />certified copy of the City's ordinance, vacating the subject <br />property, when and if said ordinance becomes effective, shall be <br />made available to the Developer for recording. ~he Developer <br />shall cause to be obtained a quit claim deed from ~homas W. <br />Anderson and Paula E. Anderson, husband and wife, the dedicators <br />of said park and also the owners of 100% of the abutting property <br />on said park, conveying all their right, title interest and <br />equity in and to said park, in fee, to the City.
