upon any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or <br />may become an annoyance or nuisance. <br /> <br /> 9. No storage of any kind, shall be allowed upon any lot <br />including, but not limited to, firewood, pallets, automobiles, <br />trailers, recreational vehicles, building materials, etc... <br /> <br /> 10. No sod, soil or gravel shall be sold or removed from <br />th~s subdivision. All soil or gravel available from any <br />excavation in the subdivision shall be hauled and disposed of by <br />the owner at the other points within the subdivision as <br />determined by the Architectural Control Committee, unless <br />approval for such removal is obtained in writing from the <br />Architectural Control Committee. <br /> <br /> 11. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be <br />raised, bred, or kept on any lot, except that horses, dogs, cats <br />or other household pets may be kept provided they are not kept, <br />bred or maintained for any commercial reasons. Any animal except <br />dogs shall be housed in an appropriate structure and shall be <br />restricted to the subject property. Dogs maintained outdoors <br />shall be contained in a kennel. <br /> <br /> 12. Utility and drainage easements are reserved over and <br />along the perimeter of lot lines of each lot, as well as <br />additional drainage easements, pursuant to the recorded plat. <br /> <br /> 13. That Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, Block 4, Block 5 and <br />Block 6, of the recorded plat will have the right to use Outlot <br />A, Outlot B and Outlot D for the purpose of constructing and <br />maintaining private drainfield extensions serving private sewer <br />systems located in any of the lots contained in said blocks. <br />This right shall terminate at the time hookup to a sanitary sewer <br />system is made available to any of the said lots. <br /> <br /> 14. All fences shall be approved by ~the Architectural <br />Control Committee. <br /> <br /> 15.
