EXHIBIT C <br /> <br /> The following restrictions shall be imposed by City upon the <br />reconveyance of Outlots A, B, D and E, to Rum River Hills, Inc.: <br /> <br /> "This conveyance is subject to the condition that the land <br />herein granted shall be utilized for public recreational <br />purposes, specifically including a public golf course and all <br />ancillary and related facilities, which facilities shall be open <br />to the general public. Furthermore, the rates or fees charged <br />for usage by the general public shall be commensurate with, and <br />not greater than the range of fees charged by other such <br />facilities within the TWin City metropolitan area which are open <br />to the general public, as opposed to a private facility which <br />would charge a membership fee and annual fee. <br /> <br /> <br />
