0RDINANC~- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PARK LAND IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. AIF~flORITY <br /> <br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06. <br /> <br />Section 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby Vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That land designated "Park" within the Plat of WHITE <br />PINES ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Ail that part of Helium Street N.W. as laid out and <br />dedicated for turn around purposes in the duly recorded <br />Plat of BROOKVIEW ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as the South 120 feet of the West 60 feet of <br />the East 93 feet as measured alqng the East and South <br />lines respectively, of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Twp. <br />32, Range 25, said Anoka County. Excepting therefrom <br />the North 66 feet as measured at right angles thereof. <br />Containing 3,240 square feet more or less. <br /> <br />Section 3.
