Fur- <br />ther, there will be a l~lic bearing held on it and Council will adopt it by <br />resolution; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City Ac~ninistrator has submitted said document as pre- <br />pared by the City Accountant for Council action; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due t~ the time frame, the C~uncil Budget Committee has not <br />yet reviewed any part of said doc~z~ent prior ts receipt of it on Friday, De~cem- <br />bet 7, 1984. ~t is therefore requested that Oouncil not take action on i't at <br />this meeting other than to c~nduct the public bearing. ~ <br /> <br />NC~ ~IB~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY O0[]NCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />OOUNTY, S~ATE OF MINNESCri~, as follows: ; <br /> <br /> 1) ~he City Council hereby adopts the long term financial plan 'for <br />years 1985 through 1989.
