Itennepin County and certain instr~nentalities on November 13, 1984 and Elk River Ford's bid was accepted. Please see attached enclosure (1) for notice of a~'ard; and WRERF_AS, acoording to the agreement between the purchasing group and Elk River Ford, the purchase order cut-off date for this bid is December 20, 1984. Further, delivery date will be beb~een February 19, 1985 and March 22, 1985; and W~_~5~S, the (~ief of Police is therefore requesting authorization to purchase a 1985 Crown Victoria police squad car. Please see attached enclosure (2) for purchase order for oost of vehicle.
