I ber(~nafter referred to '~'E]' has app]ie~ for a ~e~porary Concljtiona] Use ]~er~it ~ernit hereinafter referred to a~ "~CUf' the put.se of Ien. oval of ~oi]s for use as cover ~atelia] c,r. landfill site which n. inin9 pe~nit i~ sought on the fo]]owjn~ ~scri~d pro~r~ ~ wit: The South I~alf ($ 1/2) of Quarter (I~E 1/4) of Section Range 25 , ~noka County , the Northeast 27 , T~'p. 32, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, WEI's application is dated November 9, ]984 and was amended by letter dated November 29, 1984; WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on December 4, 1984, the City's Planning Commission reviewed the application and made certain recommendations to the Council relating to the issuance of the TCUP; and WHEREAS, at its meeting held on December 11, ]984, the Cjty Council adopted Findings of Fact relating to the appl i ca ti on. NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Ramsey City Counci 1 as follows: 1) That WMI is issued a TCUP to extract up a maxi~ur of 673,000 cubic yards of material from the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27 , Twp. 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. 2) That said mining operation shall be performed in accordance with the attached plans dated and prepared by consisting of 3) That the mining operation shall be performed in such a manner so as to permit the ultimate use of the land to be a development site and in order to achieve that ultimate use the attached landscaping and turf establishment plan and prepared by consisting of pages and dated shall be followed. 4) That this permit shall be effective as of the date hereof and it shall terminate on Dece~r 31, 1989. 5) That hours of operation at the mining site shall 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
