i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />DEVELOPKENT AGrEEmENT <br /> <br /> Development Agreement by and between the City of Ram£ey, <br />M1nnesota (City), and Rum River Hills Associates, a partnership <br />orgar~ized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (Developer). <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of certain rea] property <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br />Ramsey, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is also the agent for all of the owners <br /> of certain real property which are proposed to be included in the <br /> plat of Rum River Hills, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer desires to effect the recording of said <br /> plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and <br /> approval thereof by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br /> promises herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Project. The parties acknowledge that the ~]at of <br /> Rum River Hills is a part of an overall planned unit development <br /> submitted pursuant to the City Code of the City of Ramsey, and <br /> specifically submitted pursuant to the planned unit development <br /> <br /> · -*ion of said Code, and is the subject of a previous written <br /> planned unit development plan on fi]e and of record with the City <br /> of Ramsey, for which concept approval has been previously given <br /> by the City Council of the City of Ramsey.
