Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-09-170 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2017 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2017 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as <br />follows: <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (EDA Levy) $103,981 <br />Interest Earnings $ 10,000 <br />Total Revenues $113,981 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services $ 5,931 <br />Supplies $ 48,000 <br />Services and Charges $ 60,050 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $113,981 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Councilmember Riley <br />
