Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #16-09-169 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2017 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: GENERAL FUND Revenues: Property Taxes $ 8,685,635 Licenses and Permits 517,800 Intergovernmental Revenues 352,050 Charges for Services 619,462 Fines and Forfeitures 66,000 Other Revenues - Interest Earnings 100,000 Miscellaneous 31,000 Other Financing Sources 762,812 Total Revenues $11,134,759 Operating and Capital Expenditures: General Government $ 3,114,565 Public Safety 4,846,259 Public Works 1,979,911 Parks and Recreation 985,554 Contingency 88,058 Other Financing Uses 120,412 Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 11,134,759 2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, September 30, 2016.
