Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-09-169 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2017 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2017 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 8,685,635 <br />Licenses and Permits 517,800 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 352,050 <br />Charges for Services 619,462 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 66,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 100,000 <br />Miscellaneous 31,000 <br />Other Financing Sources 762,812 <br />Total Revenues $11,134,759 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 3,114,565 <br />Public Safety 4,846,259 <br />Public Works 1,979,911 <br />Parks and Recreation 985,554 <br />Contingency 88,058 <br />Other Financing Uses 120,412 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 11,134,759 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, September 30, 2016. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Kuzma and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br />
