The filter material shall completely encase the <br />disposal pipes to a depth of at least two (2) inches. <br />Soil is unsuitable for standard system if percolation rate is <br />less than one-half (1/2) minute per inch. See Cbapter <br />150.014G. <br />Consider sewage trea~n~nt units for problem soils with this <br />percolation range. See Chapter 150.014G. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 ~ION <br /> <br /> 1. On slopes in excess of twelve per cent (12%), the soil profile <br />shall be carefully evaluated in the location of the proposed soil treatment area <br />and downslope to identi~ the presence of layers that may cause sidehill <br />seepage. In no case shall a trench be located within fifteen (15) feet of such <br />a layer surfacing on the downslope. <br /> <br /> 2. Bed construction shall be limited to areas having natural slopes of <br />less than six per cent (6%). <br /> <br /> 3.
