Under item 4, a county map showing the general area of the project should <br /> be provided. <br /> <br />2. Under items 6 and 10, "S.F." should be spelled out as single family. <br /> <br />Under item ll, the list of permits should include, MN/DOT and Anoka County <br />entrance permits, DNR permit to appropriate water and discharge water to <br />the Rum River, Minnesota Department of Health water permit and Metro Waste <br />Control Commission and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency permits for sewer <br />extensions. <br /> <br />Under item 14, types 3-8 wetlands cannot be destroyed. Based on the <br />developer's proposed plan and DNR's current wetland map, designated <br />wetlands are not being destroyed. <br /> <br />5. Item 15 should reference the attached soils map. <br /> <br />6. Under item 18, all answers should be "no". Currently there is no shoreland <br /> zoning district on the project. <br /> <br />Under item 19, no designated wetlands are bein§ disturbed. <br /> <br />Under item 20, the answer is "yes". A permit from DNR to appropriate <br />§round water for the municipal well will be required. Also dewaterin§ will <br />take place during construction. <br /> <br />Item 2lc should be answered "yes". Dewaterin§ during construction could <br />affect ground water levels in surrounding wells. <br /> <br />10.
