The person desiring [o tarr~~he home occupation shall <br /> make ;~pplication for and obtai~'~conditional u-'g~,p~,rmit from the city. <br /> The conditional use permit~'~plication shall be proceed in accordance <br /> with the procedures o/J~ff~ction 170.016 of this chapter. ~ <br /> <br /> 170,014F b~gl~ HOBOS <br /> <br /> Mob i~~omes shall be permitted only in mobile home parks which meet <br /> ~requirements of Chapter 170.02. <br /> <br />170.014G PLA/~IED UNIT DEVELOP/qENI <br /> <br />To help encourage a more creative approach to the use of land, depart- <br />ures from this chapter may be granted by the city council in Planned <br />Unit Development Districts designated on the official zoning map. Per- <br />mission to develop specific parcels of land under the provisions which <br />follow shall be binding on all construction. Any proposed change in <br />the development plan after approval by the city council shall be resub- <br />mitted for consideration. The land use, minimum lot area, yard, height <br />and accessory uses determined by the planned unit development require- <br />ments shall prevail over conflicting requirements listed elsewhere <br />within this code. <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMEIgr PLAN PROCEIlJRE <br /> <br />An applicant for a planned unit development shall submit a preliminary <br />development plan to the zoning officer with a written statement and a <br />certified check or money order in an amount to cover all the costs <br />incurred in checking and processing such plans. <br /> <br /> 1. Within sixty (60) days after the filing of the preliminary <br />plan with the zoning officer, the planning commission shall forward the <br />plan to the city council with a written report recommending that the <br />plan be disapproved, approved, or approved with modifications, stating <br />the reasons for these recommendations. <br /> <br /> 2. Within forty-five (45) days after the receipt of the <br />application by the city council, a public hearing shall be held by <br />the city council on the application. The city council may continue <br />the hearing or refer the matter back to the planning commission for <br />further study; provided, however, that the public hearing or hearings <br />shall be concluded within forty-five (45) days after the date of the <br />first public hearing, unless the applicant shall consent in writing to <br />an extension of the time. Upon conclusions of all hearings, the city <br />council shall within thirty (30) days make and file findings and cause <br />a copy thereof to be mailed to the applicant. <br /> <br /> 3. In the event tentative approval is granted subject to <br />conditions, the applicant shall, within forty-five (45) days after <br />receiving a copy of the findings of the city council, notify the <br /> <br /> <br />
