Donovan, Chairman <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Sheila Beyer <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry McLean <br />Mr. William Rustad <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as su~itted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARK COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve <br />regular Park Commission meeting minutes dated January 19, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Donovan, Commissioners Lichter, Hetland <br />and Johnson. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioner Lokker. Absent: <br />Commissioners McLean and Rustad. <br /> <br />NOTE COUNCIL AND COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />The Park Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1.
