Accordingly, the Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending approval of the proposed Flintwood Hills Plat Second Addition (PUD) contingent upon their findings of fact which are included as a part of their minutes which also serve as their written report to the Council as required by your Planned Unit Development Ordinance. The following items are included under separate cover as Exhibit "B" for your consideration in this matter: a) Preliminary Development Plan for Flintwood Hills Second Addition - A Planned Unit Development b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Environmental Assessment Worksheet e) Engineer's review of the preliminary development plan f) Section 170.014G of the City Code which outlines the procedures for Planned Unit Development g) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing meeting minutes dated February 7, 1984 h) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated February 7, 1984 i) City Engineer's review of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet Council should also review the proposed covenants that have been submitted to this office so when you do have to act on this you will have had ample opportunity to make any changes you so desire.
