I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 1984 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen .Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />MN 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider a request to remove <br />property from the flood plain adjacent to the Rum River and to rezone the property <br />to an Urban Business zone. <br /> The property is legally described as Government Lot 4 lying West of <br />the Rum River in Section ZS, Township 3Z, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and the NE'~ of the S~ of Section 25, Township 32, Range ZS, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota lying East of the center line of State Trunk Highway #47 excepting <br />therefrom the North 547.11 feet of said NE¼ of the SW% containing 5.05 acre <br />more or less. <br /> <br /> The general location of the property is adjacent to the Rum River <br />extending back to approximately 300 feet from the normal high water. Further, <br />it lies approximately where 143rd Avenue NW would fall in the City's street <br />sequencing which is just North of the North line of the Ramsey Development <br />Park. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are also welcome and shall be addressed to the City <br />of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />MN 55303.
