I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />Tuesday, January 3, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Merabers Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Dr. Duane Kennen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />CALL ~ ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at ?:30 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />1. Conditional Use Permit Request; Case Of Ms. Connie P~--mer <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Tom Kurak - Requested being considered for a variance to construct a home on <br />a parcel of land that does not have public street frontage; the purchase agree- <br />ment for the parcel of land is contingent upon being able to obtain a building <br />permit from the City. The current owner of the land is John Thorn and the <br />parcel is located in the vicinity of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Planning Commission consensus is to add Mr. Tom Kurak as Case #3 under Commission <br />Business. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Commission Business - Case 93 - Tom Kurak; Request For Variance To Street <br /> Frontage Requirement <br /> <br />Motion carried.
