TOM KURAK: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Kurak has recently purchased the John Thorn property which <br />consists of approximately 60 acres as well as Mr. Thorn's residence. Inasmuch <br />as Mr. Kurak has given Mr. Thorn a lifetime estate to the house, he would <br />like a variance to place a second dwelling on the property. Mr. Kurak brought <br />the request to the Planning and Zoning Commission under Citizen's Input <br />at their last regular meeting and they have recommended approval with <br />contingencies. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated January 3, <br /> 1984 <br />h) Building Official's letter to Mr. Kurak <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt/amend/deny the findings of <br />fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request. The following proposed <br />motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt/amend/deny <br />the findings of fact for Mr. Thomas Kurak's request to place a second <br />dwelling on a 60 acre parcel of land without frontage on a public street. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
