TOM KURAK: I I I I ! I I I I I ! Mr. Thomas Kurak has recently purchased the John Thorn property which consists of approximately 60 acres as well as Mr. Thorn's residence. Inasmuch as Mr. Kurak has given Mr. Thorn a lifetime estate to the house, he would like a variance to place a second dwelling on the property. Mr. Kurak brought the request to the Planning and Zoning Commission under Citizen's Input at their last regular meeting and they have recommended approval with contingencies. The following items are included as enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Area location map e) Findings of fact f) Proposed development agreement g) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated January 3, 1984 h) Building Official's letter to Mr. Kurak Council Action: Your action will be to adopt/amend/deny the findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt/amend/deny the findings of fact for Mr. Thomas Kurak's request to place a second dwelling on a 60 acre parcel of land without frontage on a public street. Motion carried.
