I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This agreement, entered into this __ day of February, 1984 between Mr. Thomas Kurak, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City". INTENT AND PURPOSE To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with the conditions and time frames as established by this agreement. LOCATION OF PROPERTY The property is approximately a sixty acre (60) parcel located on the east side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW that was previously owned by Mr. John Thom. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) That tl~e Applicant shall be responsible for the total maintenance of his driveway, which driveway begins at County Road 457. 7,) That the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of purchase prior to the issuance of any building perunits. 3) That the Applicant understands and agrees that there shall be no property subdivisions unless the subdivisions are in compliance with the City subdivision ordinance. 4) That the new dwelling and any accessory structures shall be located such that they would comply with the setback requirements as established by City ordinance if a subdivision of property were to occur. 5) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this agreement and that said agreement shall remain in force until such time as the overall property is developed.
