Status of Subdivisions: Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this ~la~ is to be res0'i~ed with the 2nd Addition. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Council is scheduled to give concept approval on January 24, 1984. The P&Z will be reviewing the preliminary plat on February 7, 1984. Ce Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: City council agreed to accept a four-year maintenance bond to guarantee that the streets hold up in the development. Pondvale Estates: Mr. Marv Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. Eo Meadowbrook Estates: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 ~eeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. Hy,10 Ramsey: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. Ramsey Commons: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until April 1, 1984. Ramsey 67: The developer is working on meeting city requirements so he can record the plat on the 2nd addition. Beaudry's 2nd Addition: Project on hold until next spring. Ford Brook Estates: Project on hold until next spring. Feasibility for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition Utilities: I am presently waiting for the developer to complete preliminary plans. Upon receipt of preliminary plans from the developer, I will be able to estimate the costs and complete the feasibility. The revised schedule for completion of the feasibility is the first week in February of 1984.
